UNICEF - Humanitarian Help Program

SuecaStars Limited would like to announce that a program humanitarian help via a donation has been approved within the company.

After several talks with all the leading people within the company it was determined that SuecaStars Limited would donate an agreed percentage of all its profits to UNICEF in order to support Humanitarian Help.

Since SuecaStars Limited recognizes UNICEF as the most reputable Humanitarian relief organization in the World, it was determined that the donation would be given as a private donation rather than a public donation to protect both parties, since it is totally out of interest of SuecaStars to use UNICEF’s name as a commercial propaganda neither it is of the interest of UNICEF to associate its name to a gambling company due to UNICEF’s internal policy and reputation.

Therefore the donation will be given in a private name rather than in the company’s name for the reason above mentioned, but for SuecaStars what is important is to reach others in need rather than in which name the donation is given.

This end user license agreement (the "Agreement") should be read by you (the "User" or "you") in its entirety prior to your use of SuecaStars' service or products. Please note that the Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Rational Entertainment Enterprises Limited (referred to herein as "SuecaStars", "us" or "we") which owns and operates the Internet site found at www.suecastars.com (the "Site").

1. GRANT OF LICENSE/INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein SuaecaStars grants the User a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable right to register and use the SuecaStars software ("Software") in order to access the SuecaStars servers and play the games (the "Games") available (the Software and Games together being the "Service"). 1.2 The Software is licensed to you by SuecaStars for your private personal use. 2.2 Regardless of our efforts to provide you with service of the highest quality, safety and security, we make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the services found therein shall be free from viruses or bugs.
2.3 SuecaStars reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, modify, remove or add to the Service in its absolute discretion with immediate effect and without an obligation to provide you with notice and we shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss suffered as a consequence of any decision made by SuecaStars in this regard.

3. AUTHORITY

SuecaStars retains authority over the issuing, maintenance, and closing of Users' accounts at SuecaStars. The decision of SuecaStars ' management, as regards any aspect of a User's account, use of the Service, or dispute resolution, is final and shall not be open to review or appeal.

4. YOUR REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

 Prior to your use of the Service and on an ongoing basis you represent, warrant, covenant and agree that:

4.1 You acknowledge that there is a risk of losing money when using the Service and that SuecaStars has no responsibility to you for any such loss.
4.2 You agree that your use of the Service is at your sole option, discretion and risk.
4.3 You agree that you are required to provide us with certain personal details about yourself (including details regarding your methods of payment) for the purpose of using the Service. Our control of the information provided by you shall be subject to our Privacy Policy.
4.4 You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes which may be payable on winnings paid to you.
4.5 You are solely responsible for the telecommunications networks and Internet access services required for you to access and use the Service and we shall have no liability whatsoever for any deficiencies therein.

5. PROHIBITED USES

5.1 SOFTWARE MODIFICATIONS. User may not attempt to modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or disassemble the Software in any way.
5.2 PERSONAL USE. The Service is intended solely for the User's personal use. The User is only allowed to wager for his/her personal entertainment. Under no circumstances shall a User be permitted to use his/her "real money account" with SuecaStars for any purpose other than for using the Service. The User must provide full and truthful information in respect of all details and information provided by the User to SuecaStars and the User is obligated to update such details in the event of any change thereto. A User may only have one account with SuecaStars and shall only use the Service using such single account. Furthermore a User shall not permit another person to use the Service via his account.

5.3 REAL MONEY TRANSFERS

The SuecaStars real money transfer facility is accessed via the "SuecaStars Lobby" (under the heading "Account" and then "Withdraw" or "Deposit"). Users must enter the amount to withdraw or deposit in the provided forms.
As part of SuecaStars' licensing agreement and in compliance with anti money laundering legislation, Users need to be aware they may be required to produce personal documentation (such as Government issued ID, bank statements and utility bills) upon request in order for their transfer to be processed. This allows SuecaStars to help protect the Users and prevent SuecaStars being used as a vehicle for money laundering or fraud.
 The following terms and conditions also apply to the real money transfer facility:

(a) SuecaStars reserves the right to decline any account transfer requests or to overturn any account transfer upon suspicion of breach of any of the terms of this Agreement by the sender or receiver.
(b) A User agrees that they may only make an account transfer to play the Games and not for any other purpose.
(c) A User agrees that Bonus are only given once per household within the same network or on different networks if applicable.
(d) Users cannot cash out funds until 2,000 SP's (SuecaStars Points) are reached, (e) winnings arising from playing the Games and subsequently cash out requests will be reviewed in accordance with SuecaStars ' internal controls, policies and procedures.

5.4 COLLUSION. Collusion between Users by sharing cards or by any other methods is strictly forbidden. SuecaStars reserves the right, in addition to other measures, to restrict seating and/or to prohibit Users from playing at a particular game table or in a tournament, including restricting two or more Users from playing together at the same table or in the same tournament.

This rule applies also if players use the chat feature as means of sharing cards information (either directly or indirectly). SuecaStars reserves the right to punish the players in question which may include the prohibition of use of chat, banishment of the account either permanently or temporarily, and removal of any funds that have been earned illegally. In case an account will be banned, balance remaining in the account will be returned to the players bank account after it is found that these were not won illegally. If the balance or part of that balance is related with other illegal gains, SuecaStars will take the necessary provisions for and return any monies to affected players if needed.

In addition, SuecaStars reserves the right to consider any collusion between players (including Users) as a material breach of this Agreement and accordingly SuecaStars shall have the right to terminate a User's account if a User engages or attempts to engage in any such activity, regardless of the outcome of such attempt.
5.5 EXTERNAL PLAYER ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS (EPA). SuecaStars prohibits those External Player Assistance Programs ("EPA Programs") which are designed to provide an "Unfair Advantage" to players. SuecaStars defines "External" to mean computer software (other than the Software), and non-software-based databases or profiles (e.g. web sites and subscription services). SuecaStars defines an "Unfair Advantage" as any instance in which a User accesses or compiles information on other players beyond that which the User has personally observed through the User's own game play. We encourage you to read our Prohibited Online Software FAQ.
5.6 AUTOMATIC PLAYERS (BOTS). The use of artificial intelligence including, without limitation, "robots" is strictly forbidden in connection with the Service. All actions taken in relation to the Service by a User must be executed personally by players through the user interface accessible by use of the Software.
5.7 You agree that SuecaStars may take steps to detect and prevent the use of prohibited EPA Programs. These steps may include, but are not limited to, examination of software programs running concurrently with the SuecaStars Software on the User's computer.
5.8 CHIP-DUMPING. Chip-dumping occurs when any User intentionally loses a hand in order to deliberately transfer his chips to another User. Any User who chip-dumps or attempts to chip-dump with any other User while using the Service may be permanently banned from using the Service and their account may be terminated immediately. In such circumstances SuecaStars will be under no obligation to refund to you any monies that may be in your SuecaStars account at such time.
5.9 FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR. In the event that SuecaStars deems that a User has engaged or attempted to engage in fraudulent, unlawful, dishonest or improper activity while using the Service, including without limitation, engaging in any of the activities set forth in this clause 5 or any other game manipulation, or the making of any fraudulent payment, including without limitation, use of a stolen credit card or fraudulent chargeback or money laundering, SuecaStars shall be entitled to take such action as it sees fit, including, but not limited to:

(a)  immediately blocking a User's access to the Service;

(b) terminating a User's account with SuecaStars;

(c) seizing the funds within a User's account;

(d) disclosing such information (including the identity of the User) to financial institutions, relevant authorities and/or any person or entity that has the legal right to such information; and/or

(e)   taking legal action against a User.

5.10  CURRENCY EXCHANGE.

 Users are able to effect currency exchange transactions on the Site with funds standing to the credit of such User's account (the "Currency Exchange Facility"). All currency exchange transactions on the Currency Exchange Facility will take place at the current prevailing rate offered by SuecaStars for the transaction type in question. The exchange rates will be updated on a regular basis, and it is possible that different rates may be offered depending on the type of transaction and movement in currency value. Users should ensure they are aware of fluctuations in the exchange rate and the impact this may have on their available funds before using the Currency Exchange Facility. SuecaStars will not be held responsible for gains and losses incurred by Users that utilise the Currency Exchange Facility. Users should also be aware that SuecaStars charges a fee on currency exchanges effected via the Currency Exchange Facility which it may, at its discretion, waive for some types of transaction. SuecaStars may also, at its discretion, revoke or withdraw support for any particular currency without notice.
 The use of the Currency Exchange Facility and/or User's account to engage in currency trading or speculation is strictly prohibited. To help maintain the integrity of the Currency Exchange facility, SuecaStars has the right to, in its sole discretion:

(a) Decline or reverse any currency conversion transactions effected via the Currency Exchange Facility; and / or

(b)  Limit the number of currencies held by a User in such User's account and the amount of money that may be converted between currencies by that User; and/or

(c) Require that funds held in a User's account and converted via the Currency Exchange Facility into a different currency be used for playing the Games before being cashed out, transferred or used for any other purpose; and/or

(d) Retroactively apply any fee which was waived as part of a currency conversion transaction.

6. CASHOUT POLICY

 The policy and criteria for a User to effect a cashout from his/her User account can be found in our Cashout Policy. SuecaStars reserves the right to use additional eligibility criteria to determine the cashout options Users may be offered at any given time.

7. OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE OR CONTENT

 The User is prohibited from posting any unlawful, obscene, libelous, defamatory, threatening, or other material that would violate any law or generally be considered to be offensive, via the Service using the chat option, the player images option or in correspondence with SuecaStars ' staff.
When using the chat option offered to Users via the Service, Users are prohibited from making any statements which promote any service or product of any party except SuecaStars. Further, Users shall not make statements about SuecaStars or the Service that are untrue or would reasonably be considered to be derogatory or critical.

8. BREACH

8.1 Without prejudice to any other rights, if a User breaches in whole or in part any provision contained herein, SuecaStars reserves the right to take such action as it sees fit, including terminating this Agreement, immediately blocking access to the Service to such User, terminating such User's account with SuecaStars, seizing all monies held in the relevant SuecaStars account and/or taking legal action against such User.
8.2 You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless SuecaStars and its shareholders, directors and employees from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees and any other charges whatsoever, howsoever caused, that may arise as a result of:

8.2.1  your breach of this Agreement, in whole or in part;

8.2.2  violation by you of any law or any third party rights; and

8.2.3 use by you of the Service or use by any other person accessing the Service using your Login Credentials (as defined below) , whether or not with your authorization.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall SuecaStars be liable for any special, incidental, direct, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use (or misuse) of the Service even if SuecaStars had prior knowledge of the possibility of such damages.

10.  SECURITY AND YOUR ACCOUNT

10.1 Each User account shall be accessible through the use of a combination of a unique User ID ("User ID"), a unique and secret password ("Password"), and other optional numeric authentication methods that the User may select (the User ID, Password and any other authentication features together being referred to as the "Login Credentials"). The User is obligated to choose his/her own User ID and Password in accordance with the rules relating thereto.
10.2 The User agrees that he/she is solely responsible for all use of the Service under his/her Login Credentials and that he/she shall not disclose the Login Credentials to any person whatsoever.
10.3 The User is obliged to keep his/her Login Credentials secret and confidential at all times and to take all efforts to protect their secrecy and confidentiality. Any unauthorized use of the Login Credentials shall be the sole responsibility of the User and be deemed as his/her use. Any liability there from shall be that of the User.
10.4 Please note that monies held in your SuecaStars account do not accrue interest.
10.5 You will not be able to place any bets using the Service in an amount greater than the total amount of money in your SuecaStars account.
10.6 You are fully responsible for paying all monies owed to SuecaStars. You agree not to make any chargebacks, and/or deny or reverse any payment made by you in respect of the Service. You will reimburse SuecaStars for any chargebacks, denial or reversal of payments you make and any loss suffered by us as a consequence.
10.7 SuecaStars reserves the right to run credit and/or identity checks on a User, with third party credit reference agencies or services, using the information provided to us by a User on registration with the Service. The third party credit reference agencies or services may retain a record of the information but they will not use the information for any other purpose.
10.8 SuecaStars reserves the right to use third party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions to process payments made by and to you in connection with your use of the Service.
10.9 You acknowledge and agree that monies deposited by you in your SuecaStars account are held in a trust account on your behalf.

11. DISPUTES

The User accepts that the historical data of each game shall be as recorded on the SuecaStars servers. In the event of a discrepancy between the cards displayed on your computer and the game records on the SuecaStars ' server the latter shall prevail.

12. AMENDMENT

SuecaStars reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice and you will be bound by such amended Agreement within 14 days of it being posted at the Site. Therefore, we encourage you to visit the Site regularly and check the terms and conditions contained in the version of the Agreement in force at such time. Your continued use of the Site shall be deemed to attest to your agreement to any amendments to the Agreement.

13.  GOVERNING LAW

The Agreement and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Costa Rica. You irrevocably agree that, subject as provided below, the courts of Costa Rica shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning the Agreement and any matter arising therefrom and irrevocably waive any right that it may have to object to an action being brought in those courts, or to claim that the action has been brought in an inconvenient forum, or that those courts do not have jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit the right of SuecaStars to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdictions, whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by the law of such other jurisdiction.

14.  SEVERABILITY

 If a provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision hereof or the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision hereof.

15. ASSIGNMENT

 SuecaStars reserves the right to assign this agreement, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. The User may not assign any of his/her rights or obligations under this Agreement.

16. MISCELLANEOUS

16.1 No waiver by SuecaStars of any breach of any provision of this Agreement (including the failure of SuecaStars to require strict and literal performance of or compliance with any provision of this Agreement) shall in any way be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of such provision or of any breach of any other provision of this Agreement.
16.2 Nothing in this Agreement shall create or confer any rights or other benefits in favour of any third parties not party to this Agreement.
16.3 Nothing in this Agreement shall create or be deemed to create a partnership, agency, trust arrangement, fiduciary relationship or joint venture between you and us.
16.4 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersedes any prior agreement, understanding, or arrangement between you and us.
16.5 The User must provide full and truthful information in respect of all details and information requested by SuecaStars in connection with the User's use of the Service subject at all time to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
16.6 The English language version of this Agreement shall be the prevailing version in the event of any discrepancy between any translated versions of this Agreement.

RULES - Bisca

Intro.

The game of Bisca is in a way similar to Sueca. One of the main similarities is the cards which are used in the deck and its point value. The main difference is that Bisca in only played as heads-up (2players), and the players do not need to follow suit until the pick deck ends. Also Bisca is played in two modes Bisca of 3 where each player is dealt 3 cards or Bisca of 9 where each player is dealt 9 cards. 

Starting the Game

The cards are shuffled and one card from the top is taken and turned face up on the table to determine the suit trump for that game. That card does not belong to any player yet (but eventually will as the game progresses).
The dealer then deals the cards both to him and the opponent after a fixed bet (for ring mode games only) from both players is placed in the pot. The dealer will deal either 3 or 9 cards for each player depending if the game is on 3 or 9 mode style.

Playing the Game

One of the particularities in the game of Bisca is that after every trick each player picks one new card from the remaining deck until the deck is finished. The player who has won the last trick picks a card first from the deck followed by the opponent.
While there are cards remaining in the deck, the players do not need to follow suit. As soon as the deck finishes, the players need to follow suit until the end of the game. If following suit is not possible then the player in question can play any suit including a trump if he wishes to win the trick.

There are a total of 120 possible points available to win in each game likewise Sueca. So if a player accumulates more than 60 points that player wins the game. If both players accumulate 60 points each then a draw takes place and a new game starts with no team losing points or bets. If a player accumulates more than 60 points on a fast mode the game ends even if there is more cards to be played. This is because the bets are fixed and there is no point to keep playing when the winner is already known.
However in tournament mode the game is played until the last card regardless of whom or which team had already ensured win. This is because on tournament mode the winner will be the first player to win 4 games and since it is possible to win 4 and 2 games in one single game round, then it is important that the game is played until the end.

The Score

Fast mode games 
The first team or player to accumulate 61 or more points wins the pot and a new game starts.

Tournament Mode
Between 61 and 90 points = 1 Game
Between 91 and 119 points = 2 Games
120 points = 4 Games

First player to win 4 games wins the pot or goes to next stage if on a tournament.

RULES - Lerpa

Intro.

Lerpa is a variation of Sueca. One of the main similarities is the cards which are used in the deck its ranks and the follow suit feature.
The main difference is that Lerpa can be played on short tables up to 3 players or full tables up to 5 players and it has a progressive betting system. On Lerpa the value of the cards is not important as for score purposes, but yes the number of tricks taken. In Lerpa there is no card picking from the deck but the player do play only with 3 cards.

Starting the Game.
A small blind and a big blind are in action like in a Texas Hold’em poker game.The cards are then shuffled and one card from the top is taken and turned on the table face up so everyone can see it. That card suit will determine what the trump for that game is. That card does not belong to any player and will be placed aside until that game ends.

Playing the Game.

Once it’s been determined which players are playing their hand, the game will move around the table, starting with the player on the small blind. This player will play the first card. The card played by the first player will be the leading suit which needs to be followed by the reamaing players in the hand. Let’s say a player plays a spade, then everyone else must play a spade if they have one. If a players has not a card of the leading suit, then the player has the option to play any card including a trump, which can win the trick. Any trump card can be beaten by another trump card of a higher value. For example, if the King of trump is played then the Ace or 7 of trump can beat it. The highest card that is played will win the trick and the player that wins will lead the hand on the next round. At the end of the game the player who has won more tricks wins also the pot. If there are 3 players with the same number of tricks won (for example 3 players won 1 trick each) and the remaining players have won no trick, then the pot is shared equally between the 3 winning players.

In between tricks during a round and before each new trick is played, the remaining players have the chance to bet, check, raise, re-raise, all-in or fold.
In tournament mode the game will follow the typical casino chips system where a player who loses all chips is eliminated and where the blinds will increase every 10.

RULES - Tokens

Intro.

Tokens is a game played with "tokens" instead of cards and involves calcualtions and some strategy. The game can be played in tables of 5 seats 8 seats but the game can start with only 2 players.

Playing the Game.

Regular Mode - Each player sits at a seat and each players has 3 “tokens”. 
Then each player needs to decide how many tokens he wishes to carry to the game by selecting from the box as shown in this linkhttp://www.suecastars.com/img/token.PNG. 
When all players are ready and have decided how many tokens they wish to carry to the game, every player places a guess of the total number of tokens brought to the table by selecting that number from the box as shown in the following linkhttp://www.suecastars.com/img/tokenbox.PNG.

At this stage and following a clockwise order the first player will now try to guess the number of total tokens in the table including his own tokens. For example if there are 4 players on the table and since each player has 3 available tokens, the total number of possible choice ranges from 0 to 12. Let’s say player A claims a total of 9 tokens, now it’s time for player B to place a guess. At this stage player B cannot claim the number 9 any longer since that number is already taken by player A. So assuming player B claims 7 tokens and player C 8 and finally player D 10 it's time to reveal the winner if any . If the total number of tokens is the same as one of the claims made, the player who has claimed correctly wins the pot and a new game starts. Yet If no player has guessed the right number of tokens, then bets remain in the pot and the game proceeds to round 2 where the players can decide to bet or not to bet once again. (If a player decides not to carry on he should ignore the timer and should not select any number of tokens to take, otherwise he will pay a new bet to the pot and carry on.) If any players decides not to bet again he will be out of the next round (if that will be the case) and cannot take back the bet he has already placed before. If all players decide not to bet then a new game starts and the pot is split equally between them.

On round 2 if again no player guesses the number of tokens the bets still being held in the pot and the game proceeds to round 3 which is the final round for that game. Again players may refuse to play the last round but if so again they cannot take back the bets already placed in the last 2 rounds. On round 3 if again no player has guessed the game ends and the total pot is equally divided by the remaining players on the table. 
Players who have joined the table during the rounds cannot play until the game finishes so they don't take an unfair advantage over the other players who are in a more advanced phase of the game.
